We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team in the Energy sector. This role will focus on driving efficient, high-performing campaigns across Energy, Solar, EV, Boiler Installations, and Boiler Servicing. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering commercial targets across Energy and Services & Solutions through effective performance marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing performance marketing campaigns, optimizing cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA), and delivering strong ROI.

Location: Dublin, with 2x Office Days a week.

Performance Marketing:

* Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels for Energy, Solar, EV, Boiler installs, and Boiler servicing.
* Funnel performance: coordinate landing page variants, forms, CTAs, lead routing; partner with CRO/Dev to cut friction; measure lead-to-sale conversion and optimize for quality, not just volume.
* Agency management (Wolfgang): write briefs, set performance benchmarks, approve/adapt media plans, challenge underperformance, enforce test discipline, verify tagging and data quality.
* Liaise closely with our agency partner Wolfgang to traffic campaigns and ensure timely delivery.
* Budget pacing and forecasting by month/quarter; shift spend based on marginal efficiency and product priorities.
* Monitor CPL and CPA metrics daily to maximize efficiency and ROI.
* Collaborate with key commercial stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business objectives and commercial targets.
* Plan, execute and optimize social campaigns across paid, owned and earned social media channels in line with category plans and acquisition/retention strategy.
* Produce weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting a with insights, decisions, what we changed, why, the impact and what's next.

Social Media Management:

* Responsible for supporting our customer service teams through social media using specific tools to streamline their responses.
* Compile and deliver monthly social media performance reports.
* Monitor messaging on Veriant and ConverSocial, providing regular feedback to the call center team.
* Conduct social listening and produce actionable social listening reports.
* Manage content updates across platforms, including weekly Rewards emails and quarterly content calendars.

Here's what we're looking for:

* You're a motivated, data‑driven marketer who knows how to deliver real commercial impact. You understand how performance marketing supports customer needs, drives growth and helps us bring smart energy solutions to more homes and businesses across Ireland.
* You have deep experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of driving measurable growth across key digital channels.
* You bring solid proven expereince in a performance‑focused role, where you've delivered against clear CPL, CPA, ROAS and ROI targets.
* You hold a degree in digital marketing or a related field, and you're confident using data to guide decisions, shape tests and inform strategy.
* You're experienced across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Instagram and X/Twitter, with hands‑on expertise in building campaigns, managing audiences, optimising performance and reporting on results.
* You're comfortable planning, launching and optimising campaigns across a range of categories — including Energy, Solar, EV, Boiler Installations and Boiler Servicing — and you know how to balance efficiency with lead quality.
* You understand the full customer acquisition funnel, from landing page performance and form design to routing logic, CTAs and conversion rate optimisation. You partner closely with CRO and development teams to remove friction and improve conversion.
* You have experience working with agency partners like and you know what it takes to:
* write clear briefs, set benchmarks, challenge under‑performance, verify tagging, ensure data accuracy and drive a strong test‑and‑learn approach.
* You can manage performance budgets with confidence — pacing spend, forecasting by month and quarter, and reallocating investment based on product priorities and marginal efficiency.
* You proactively monitor CPL, CPA, conversion rate and efficiency metrics, responding quickly when performance shifts and keeping stakeholders informed.
* You work closely with commercial teams to make sure performance activity directly supports business priorities, customer needs and category plans.
* You can plan, execute and optimise paid, owned and earned social campaigns that support our acquisition and retention goals.
* You're comfortable producing clear and transparent weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, explaining what changed, why it changed, how it performed and what comes next.
* You're confident using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads and Sprout Social.
* You're comfortable working with CMS platforms to upload and optimise content that supports high‑intent customer journeys.
* You bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a wider team.
* Attend key events as needed, such as GAA Sponsorship Games, SME Events, Theatre Activations, etc. to capture, create and share content across social media.
* Monitor all Bord Gáis Energy social accounts for PR risks and opportunities.
