Job Title: Swedish-Speaking Business Development Executive Location: South Dublin (Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days WFH) Salary: €40,000 Base + €20,000 OTE (Uncapped) + Benefits Are you a motivated sales professional looking to elevate your career with a global tech leader? We are seeking a driven, Swedish Business Development Executive to join a high-performing team supporting one of the world's most iconic technology brands.If your skills, experience, and qualifications match those in this job overview, do not delay your application.In this role, you will be at the forefront of digital innovation, identifying new business opportunities and delivering transformative solutions to enterprise and corporate clients across Sweden The Impact You Will Make Pipeline Generation: Proactively seek and qualify new business opportunities through strategic cold calling and email outreach.Value Proposition: Present the power of a world-class brand, identifying client needs and suggesting tailored technology solutions.Strategic Growth: Explore target industries and personas to build a robust sales pipeline.Collaboration: Set up high-level meetings between prospective clients and the enterprise sales team.Performance: Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and sales objectives.Advocacy: Become a product expert, sharing success stories and building awareness of the client's value proposition.What You Bring to the Team Linguistic Skills: Native or professional fluency in both Swedish and English (written and verbal).Experience: Approximately 2 years of BDR or sales experience, ideally within the Saa S or IT sector.Sales Acumen: A proven track record of achieving sales quotas and a passion for developing as a sales professional.Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM and sales tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, Sales Loft, or is highly preferred.Strategic Mindset: Ability to self-prospect leads and communicate complex technical concepts to IT decision-makers.What's in it for You?
