Job Title: Care Assistant
The role of a care assistant is to provide personal care services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health difficulties within a high-support residential setting. Key Responsibilities:
• Promote teamwork and create a nurturing environment for service users.
• Facilitate person-centered support appropriate to the needs, wishes, and requirements of service users.
• Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of service users at all times.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum of QQI Level 5 in Social Care or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively in a team providing person-centered support for service users.
• Full clean driver's license.
