This role involves monitoring and responding to Level 1-3 user support for the learning management system (LMS), serving over 6,500 restaurants and 220,000 employees. The Sr. Specialist – Learning Systems will also assist with course QA testing and implementation, acting as the admin for LMS, LCMS, and LRS components within our learning ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to Level 1-3 user support for the LMS, supporting a large user base.
- Configure, maintain, and support LCMS and LRS.
- Support project and task management tracking and configuration.
What we expect from you
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, Computer Sciences, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years' help desk and admin support experience for large user bases (100k+ users).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Knowledge of SCORM, AICC, and e-learning standards.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems, LCMS, and LRS.
- Experience with virtual classroom tools (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom).
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, listening).
- Proficiency with single-source publishing tools (e.g., MadCap Flare).
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).

The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual offer will consider internal equity, budget, and candidate experience. This range excludes benefits, bonuses, or incentives, which are detailed separately. The target annual bonus is 10% of base salary, based on performance.

Pay Range: $67,000 - $114,000 annually
