Job Description * The Quality Control Senior Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support for instrumentation and analytical methodology, executing trouble-shooting, and coaching/training team members. * This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with a Lean Lab team-based structure. * The successful candidate will also engage in daily huddle meetings and short interval control boards to ensure seamless collaboration among team members. Required Skills & Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Analytical Science, Chemistry or a related discipline is required. A minimum of three years' experience in analytical chemistry is necessary. * A highly motivated individual with strong teamwork skills, proven success working in a collaborative environment, flexibility to react to changing business needs are essential requirements of this position. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational abilities to manage their workload efficiently.
