Health and Safety Officer: One of Irelands largest and most reputable residential developers is looking for a Health and Safety Officer with a minimum of 3 years' experience to join their team on a long-term (3+ year) project in West Dublin. The successful candidate will report to the EHS Manager and will have ample opportunities for career progression and upskilling. We are particularly interested in candidates with previous experience working on similar types of construction projects for a Main Contractor. Role: Implementing and monitoring site-specificHealth & Safety plans. Keeping detailed records of inspection results and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Organising, attending, and chairing safety meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment on safety practices. Providing ongoing Health & Safety training and support to staff and subcontractors. Reporting and investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses, ensuring appropriate follow-up and preventative measures. Ensuring all equipment is safe to operate, working closely with site managers and maintenance teams. Maintaining accurate records of all safety documentation, inspections, and audits.
