Description
As the Global PR & Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement ARI's external comms strategy, building its reputation across the industry, ensuring maximum media exposure and positioning ARI as the partner of choice to retain current business and maximise new opportunities for growth.
You will collaborate and partner with functions throughout the business, including CEO Office, ARI Executive Team, Global B2C Marketing, Local Marketing Teams, Category, E-Commerce, Finance, Customer Insights and Business Development to activate the brand globally and assist in the development of long-term and annual brand marketing plans/ strategies/ budgets.

Responsibilities
Shape the B2B marketing mindset, brand value proposition and brand story development for ARI.
Coordinate all public relations activities
Manage ARI media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements across all channels
Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
Manage media inquiries and interview requests.
Prepare key personnel for high profile interviews.
Create content for press releases, by-line articles and keynote presentations
Monitor, analyse and communicate PR results on a monthly basis
Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis
Maintain ARI's corporate website, to the highest standards, with relevant content and updates
Manage the content strategy and activation on ARI LinkedIn page and other corporate social media channels
Deliver strategy, marketing plans, bid collation and pre-marketing materials that drive new business development.
Complete technical submissions for new business development bids.
Review and amend documentation for bids with high level of attention to detail.
Develop and deliver B2B marketing strategy and plans to protect and promote ARI reputation within external stakeholders (trade press, speaking engagements,, ARI LinkedIn, pre-marketing materials)
Manage and deliver ARI's content output across earned, paid and owned media channels through both proactive and reactive content management
Effectively manage ARI's global PR agency
Represent ARI at trade shows, promote new business tenders internationally
Complete award entries and submissions to the highest standards
Responsible for ensuring consistent tone of messaging across all communications/distribution channels
Develop retail brand concepts and brand communications and execute in international markets as required
Manage the development and execution of key business projects globally
Support locations with trademarking and registrations
Deliver new revenue opportunities globally through innovation and technology
Deliver competitive insights and opportunities from inspirational initiatives across varying industries
Provide clear, consistent, timely communication to all stakeholders of strategies & plans and, thereafter, changes to same
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years PR and Marketing experience
Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns
Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and print media interviews
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
Proven experience influencing cross-functional / global stakeholders
Able to builds strong relationships, establishes rapport and credibility with key stakeholders
An analytical, strategic thinker who is self-confident and can be flexible in approach to work
Bachelors or master's degree in Marketing, Communications or similar discipline preferred
