Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook food to a high standard of quality and presentation.
* Assist in stock management and quality control.
* Practice high standards of hygiene and safety.
* Maintain excellent communication within the team and lead by example.
* Ensure that all necessary practices and procedures are adhered to at all times.
Your profile should include:
* A minimum level 2 chef qualification.
* A minimum of one to two years' experience in a busy kitchen environment.
* A strong knowledge of food safety and quality control practices.
* A passion for food and exceptional service skills.
* The ability to manage a busy kitchen effectively.
