About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice on contract strategy and negotiations, ensuring all terms align with our internal risk management policy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising on contract strategy and negotiation/drafting of core construction agreements;
* Evaluating and mitigating risks associated with contractual obligations;
* Supporting claims management and dispute resolution as required;
* Offering general legal counsel on diverse business matters, including employment law, GDPR compliance, regulatory affairs.
Candidate Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have at least 5-8 years PQE in non-contentious or contentious construction law experience. A strong academic record and time spent in a reputable law firm are also essential. Additionally, we seek candidates with a mix of skills including commercial acumen, analytical thinking, effective communication and collaboration.
