Accountant Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Support: Assist the Group Financial Controller and finance team in producing high-quality financial information on time.
* Reconciliation and Reporting: Perform bank reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and follow up review points, as well as prepare ad-hoc journals and inputs.
* Fixed Assets and Foreign Exchange: Manage intercompany reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, hire purchase accounting, and foreign exchange transactions.
* VAT and Reconciliations: Handle VAT returns, balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
* Assisting Auditors and Budgeting: Support audit preparation, budgeting/forecasting, and AP/AR duties.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: Part Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or Qualified by Experience).
* Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* IT Skills: Strong IT skills, particularly Excel.
* Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Lifelong Learning: Willingness to learn and develop.
