Summit Financial Planning is a Dublin-based brokerage providing quality financial advice to a broad range of clients, including professionals, companies, directors, business executives, and the self-employed. We are seeking an organised and tech-savvy Administrator to join our team on a 6–9 month maternity leave contract, with the potential for extension or permanency. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our commitment to excellence.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9–5
On-Site Work: Due to the sensitive nature of the role, on-site presence is required.
What we offer:

Key Responsibilities:
· Proficiency with Microsoft Suites: Demonstrate efficient use of Microsoft software to aid in various tasks.
· Call Handling: Efficiently manage and respond to incoming calls.
· Calendar and Meeting Organization: Coordinate and maintain calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings.
· Electronic File Management: Organise, maintain, and manage electronic filing systems.
· Computer Literacy: Exhibit strong computer literacy skills for day-to-day tasks.
· Report Compilation: Prepare and compile reports as needed. Knowledge of an online fund analytics tool is a plus. Current tool used is Fund Focus.
· Mail Management: Handle incoming and outgoing post, ensuring it reaches the right recipients.
· Document Scanning: Scan and save documents to appropriate digital files.
· Pipeline Management: Assist in managing the new business pipeline.
Qualifications & Experience
· Leaving Certificate or equivalent required; a third-level qualification in Business, Finance, or Administration is desirable.
· Minimum of 1 years' administrative experience, ideally within financial or professional services.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (BIS or similar).
· Knowledge of fund analytics tools such as Fund Focus is an advantage.
· APA/QFA qualification (or working toward it) preferred.
· Competent with CRM Tools: Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus. BIS is the platform currently used.
