Wills Bros are seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join our Munster team for a road and civil infrastructure project based in Limerick.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of a significant civil engineering scheme, contributing to regional connectivity and development.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates and detailed budgets for all aspects of the road construction project.
Monitor and manage project costs, including procurement, contracts, and variations.
Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management.
Assist with tendering processes and provide cost advice during design and construction phases.
Ensure compliance with all legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve commercial issues and maintain project timelines.
Contribute to value engineering and risk management strategies to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (essential).
3–5 years' experience in a similar role within Civil Engineering, ideally on road projects.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost control procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office, COINS, CostX, AutoCAD, etc.).
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
