Essentials:
Degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field; relevant planning experience in construction (residential preferred); proficiency in programming software is an advantage; full driver's license.

Multiple Sites in Greater Dublin
Salary:
Up to
€90,000 depending on experience - we are open to mid and senior level candidates.

Overseeing:
Master construction programmes, phasing plans, project controls, and reporting.
Our client, a prominent residential developer, is seeking a Construction Planner to support and assist in managing detailed master construction programmes across multiple projects.
This role offers the chance to work on high-profile developments while ensuring timely and quality delivery through effective planning and collaboration.
Programme Management:
Assist in maintaining and reviewing detailed master construction programmes, ensuring accurate and timely data input.
Phasing Plans and Strategies:
Contribute to the generation of phasing plans and handover strategies for projects.
Project Controls:
Implement project controls procedures to enhance programme management and reporting.
Non-Live Sites:
Support programming requirements from concept through to project close for non-live sites.
Reporting and Dashboards
: Assist in the development of the Master Program dashboard, proactively highlighting current and future project states.
Team Collaboration:
Liaise with internal departments such as design and PMO, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary project team environment.
