A leading architectural design consultancy with offices in Dublin and Cork, are seeking to recruit a registered Architect or Senior Architectto join their team.
In this role, you will collaborate with the Director to deliver a wide range of projects across various sectors including residential, commercial, educational, civic, retail, aviation, and urban design.
The successful Architect will have a minimum of 5 years experience, along with a proven track record in delivering projects in compliance with current industry regulations.
Proficiency in Revit is essential, and experience managing projects through to the construction stage is required.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Director and project teams to deliver high-quality designs across various project types.
Manage projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and client expectations.
Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Utilise your technical and design skills to contribute to the successful delivery of projects.
Qualifications & Experience: Registered Architect holding RIAI or RIBA membership (essential) 5 years+ experience across a variety of project types Comprehensive knowledge of current industry regulations and codes Strong design and technical skills, with full proficiency in Revit Excellent communication and organisational abilities Demonstrated success in managing projects and mentoring junior team members A proactive, motivated, and self-starting attitude Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland Location: Can be based in Dublin OR Cork Salary & Benefits: €55k-€75k (Negotiable), plus generous benefits including Professional subscriptions Pension Hybrid working Bike to work scheme Death in service benefit / Life assurance Parking If you are a Registered Architect or Project Architect with the required experience and eligibility to work in Ireland, please email your CV to Deborah Byrne for more details on this and other opportunities.
