The Role:
* Advising clients on a full range of employment law matters, including contracts, policies, and disputes.
* Handling contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
* Representing clients in employment tribunals and other dispute resolution forums.
* Keeping up to date with developments in employment law and advising clients accordingly.
* Assisting senior lawyers with large-scale employment cases and projects.
The Person:
* 1-2 years’ PQE with a strong background in employment law.
* Experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
* Excellent communication and client management skills.
* Strong research and drafting skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
