Supply Chain Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic operations team. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience who's confident working with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics.
Your Responsibilities:
* Manage production planning, manufacturing forecasts, and scheduling across multiple product lines.
* Monitor inbound and outbound inventory, ensuring a seamless logistics process.
* Collaborate with distribution partners to guarantee timely and compliant delivery.
* Produce detailed inventory reports and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
* Balance stock availability with cash flow efficiency.
* Support new product development efforts, including setup and packaging procurement.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
* Contribute to process improvements and lead supply chain-related projects.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years' experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics or materials management.
* A relevant qualification in Procurement, Logistics, or similar is preferred.
* Strong working knowledge of MRP systems, warehousing, and inventory control.
* Familiarity with import/export procedures and regulations.
* Advanced Excel skills and high accuracy with data.
* Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills.
