We seek Telecom Operations Engineers with expertise in SIP/VoIP to expand our telecom infrastructure globally. Our platform supports thousands of concurrent calls and tens of thousands of agents, utilizing a unique SIP-based call center platform. Engineers will help expand infrastructure, support existing systems, and innovate telecom operations through tooling and processes to enhance productivity.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in large-scale environments, understands server and network interrelations, and participates in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Requirements
• 3+ years of network and OS support experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, or 3+ years of technical support
• 3+ years in telephony, including SIP, RTP, VoIP, or open-source voice services
• Troubleshooting telephony systems experience
• Familiarity with open-source VoIP systems like Asterisk, FreeSwitch, SIPp, SER
• Operational experience in 24/7 production environments
• Experience working in global teams
