What you’ll do:
Based in the South East of Ireland you will take ownership of the following key responsibilities:
1. Ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence at MASCOT distributors overseeing visual merchandising and product displays.
2. Drive sale growth and profitability by managing product placements and maximizing visibility at distributors.
3. Execute seasonal and promotional campaigns, handling everything from store decoration and product placement to unpacking and overall store presentation.
4. Foster strong relationships with distributors and their sales team, ensuring seamless collaboration and ongoing engagement.
5. Track and report on performance, managing tasks and execution through CRM systems, while actively participating in workshops and sales meetings.
What you bring:
Along with being a reliable and outgoing individual, you also bring the following qualities:
1. Relevant education in decoration and a minimum of 2 years of experience with Visual Merchandising.
2. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics.
3. Adaptable in fast-paced environments and comfortable with working under pressure.
4. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams, building positive relationships with colleagues and distributors.

Our team culture in Ireland is friendly, professional, dedicated and supportive. As our new colleague you will get a competitive base salary and uncapped commission based upon all sales in Ireland and Northern Ireland – we work together as a team. There is also a target-related quarterly bonus and a company pension scheme. The position includes a fully expensed company vehicle for business and for private use up to 30,000 km per annum.
