Implementation Specialist – 12 Month Contract, Dublin
What’s involved
Lead customer-facing implementation projects across technical and non-technical payment processing activities.
Manage end-to-end project delivery, from customer requirements through to implementation and testing.
Work with customers to assess needs, document requirements and agree implementation steps.
Guide customers through relevant Mastercard processing rules, specifications and documentation.
Coordinate contracts, agreements, forms and other support documentation required for implementation.
Manage multiple implementation projects in parallel, ensuring quality, timelines and reliability are maintained.
What’s needed
3 years+ experience in IT, payments, implementation, project coordination or a similar technical environment.
Basic understanding of networks, applications, system implementation and project management.
Knowledge of payment transaction processing, ideally including Mastercard processing systems or card payment lifecycles.
Understanding of the four-party model and electronic payments processing would be a strong advantage.
Strong customer-facing skills, with clear written and verbal communication.
Self-starter who can manage change, learn quickly and work well across cross-functional teams.
