Executive Chef Position
The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and organized individual who is passionate about food and hospitality. Working closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chefs, and kitchen team, you will play a key role in preparing and delivering high-quality cuisine for weddings, breakfasts, group dining events.
* Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to prepare, cook, and serve food for large groups
* Maintain high standards of presentation and quality in all dishes
* Taste and review finished dishes regularly to ensure consistency in seasoning and presentation
You will also have opportunities to develop your culinary knowledge through hands-on experience with senior chefs. We utilize produce from our on-site walled garden and gain exposure to organic seasonal growing.
