for their property located in Garryvoe.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm, welcoming experience.
You will manage front desk operations efficiently while supporting the wider team in maintaining the hotel's high standards of hospitality.
Duties
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest enquiries
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
Handle telephone and email enquiries promptly and courteously
Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless guest service
Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
Assist with administrative duties to support smooth front desk operations
Requirements
Previous experience in a receptionist or front office role, ideally within hospitality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using booking systems and MS Office applications
A professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude
Living in Ireland with the right to work in ROI
