My client, based in South Dublin within the property sector, has a requirement for an experienced Accounts Receivable Executive with some team lead experience.
This role is 1 day in the office and the rest at home.

About Your New Job
* Contact customers primarily by phone to secure outstanding balances.
* Resolve incoming queries from customers to secure payment.
* Process sales invoices daily.
* Issue statements to customers monthly.
* Manage accounts and direct debit facility.
* Manage Procure Wizard.
* Record daily bank receipts.
* Assist with monthly and yearly accounts.
* Handle ad hoc projects as necessary.
* Track communication with customers on overdue accounts.
* Liaise with internal sales teams to chase debt.
What Skills You Need
* At least 4 years’ experience in a busy accounts environment.
* Minimum 3 years’ credit control/accounts receivable experience.
* Some team lead experience.
* Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Must have worked within a credit control or AR role in the property industry — only apply if you have this industry exposure.
Please note: For all my roles, you must have a valid visa to work in Ireland.
What’s on Offer
