Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role based in Edenderry for a PERSON IN CHARGE. The individual will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the facility, ensuring that high standards of care and service are maintained. Responsibilities include staff management, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the implementation of health and wellness programs. The role also involves addressing client concerns, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a safe and healthy environment for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
A QQI lev el 7/8 in Social Care. A proven track recoed with some experience of Team leadership.
Leadership and management skills, including team supervision and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of health and wellness industry practices and regulatory compliance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and client interactions.
Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
Experience in operational management and implementing wellness programs.
Capacity to maintain high standards of professionalism and prioritize client care.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in health, wellness, or a related field are advantageous.
Proficiency in administrative tasks and experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
