We are recruiting for a Finance and Office Specialist, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth financial operations and providing essential administrative support across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, as well as financial audits.
- Process and record company expenses and revenue returns.
- Provide general office and administrative support, including managing supplies, coordinating schedules, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain financial and administrative filing systems.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.

Required Skills:

- Proven experience in accounting and administrative support.
- Solid understanding of AP, AR, and general accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP B1 desirable) and strong Excel skills.
- Self motivated and strong ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
