**Compensation & Job Architecture Specialist Role** As a key member of the Compensation and Benefits team, you will be responsible for implementing Euronext’s pay transparency strategy across various countries. Your expertise in job evaluation and salary survey analysis will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with EU Pay Transparency Directive requirements. * Support the implementation of communication toward managers and employees on pay transparency initiatives. * Partner with HR Business Partners to address queries related to pay transparency and job grading. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide recommendations on various pay actions using market references, salary surveys, and internal equity principles. * Rigorously manage day-to-day interactions with external providers (AON, Mercer) while ensuring adherence to company-wide guidelines.
