FUEL are seeking a Lead Event Producer for a fixed-term contract (circa 1-year).
The Lead Event Producer will work closely with the Director of Employee Experience Solutions and the Employee Experience team.
They will support and manage large scale client portfolios in the employee engagement and corporate sector and will be part of the whole event process from concept, planning, through to event execution and carrying out post-event evaluation.
The role is very hands-on, client facing, high pace and involves working as part of a team.
As a lead role, they will be expected to deal with medium to large scale briefs from start to finish.
The ideal cadidate must have leadership qualities and show their capability of leading juniors through projects.
They will also be responsible for the commercial and finances around a project and must be able to keep a budget profitable yet keeping the finished product of high value and to the FUEL standard.
The role will require the ideal candidate to have knowledge and experience in delivering virtual and hybrid events in addition to live events.

As Lead Event Producer, responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Fully understand client briefs and requirements and develop strong relationships within the client base
Liaise with clients to find out their exact event requirements, translate these to the wider Fuel team and departments and ensure project milestones are met
Ideate for event concepts and programming elements and translate event visions/concepts to visuals and text presentations.
Leads, supports and manages all aspects of production from concept to showrunning and wrap - depending on budget size
Builds relationships with Key clients
Account manage certain clients, liaising with the client to plan their yearly calendar of events
Produce a yearly overview calendar plan, creating a conceptual journey with clients and their team to create a holistic view on their engagement plan
Research venues, suppliers and contractors, then negotiate prices and hire.
Basic knowledge of Irish suppliers
Ensure clients are kept updated regularly and clearly.
Maintains project timeline trackers and other project management tools
Produces detailed proposals for events (including CPA's, resources, venues, suppliers, staffing and budgets)
Keeps a number of projects running smoothly at any given time
Oversee the wrap up and load out of venue efficiently
Can deal with issues on-site & find solutions where needed
Strong input to creation of ideas - bringing ideas to the table when assigned a new project
Support across new business remits
Research opportunities for new clients and events
To deliver the best branded solutions to the client and market
Who are we looking for?
5+ year's experience in event production; preferably in an agency setting
Experience in managing corporate parties, in house corporate events, global & local conferences and virtual events
Delivered various events with budgets of over 80k+ (must have been the project lead, supporting roles do not count)
Excellent technical knowledge which covers the basics of virtual events - this includes working within a studio and with a tech team, virtual platforms, zoom and bringing a clients ask to life through a screen
Production Management experience - Crew, Production, Budget Ownership and Management, Strong creative eye and Sensibility
Has pitched decks alongside a team .
Proven experience in developing strong client relationships.
