We are pleased to be partnering with a leading global technology company in the recruitment of an experienced HR Business Partner, based in the Cork area. This is a confidential search.
This is a broad and rewarding role for an HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and is equally comfortable operating at a strategic and operational level.
Approximately half of the role is dedicated to global HR business partnering. You will work remotely with senior business leaders across the United States and Asia, providing strategic HR guidance, driving people initiatives, and building trusted relationships across culturally diverse teams spanning multiple time zones.
The remaining half is focused on supporting a well-established local workforce in Ireland, managing the full range of employee relations matters, leave cases, and day-to-day operational HR delivery. There is also scope to contribute to process improvement and automation projects currently underway.
The ideal candidate will be equally at ease with strategic partnering and hands-on operational work, and will bring the cultural awareness and interpersonal skills required to operate effectively across different regions and business contexts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
Minimum 10 years' HR experience, of which at least 5 years in an HR Business Partner capacity
Strong working knowledge of Irish employment legislation
Demonstrated international HR experience
Desirable Skills
Experience across US, EMEA, and Asia
CIPD qualification
Salary: €80,000 – €115,000 depending on experience
Working arrangement: Hybrid — 3 days on-site, 2 days remote
