Roles Available
Healthcare Assistants (HCAs)
– providing daily living support and personal care under nursing supervision.
Staff Nurses
– planning, directing, and delivering high-quality nursing care while leading care teams.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on your role, you may:
* Support residents with daily living needs (dressing, eating, mobility, etc.).
* Deliver safe, professional nursing care and administer medication.
* Develop and follow
individualised care plans
.
* Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
* Maintain accurate documentation and comply with
HIQA standards
.
* Support, mentor, and collaborate with colleagues.
* Uphold safeguarding, infection control, and Health & Safety standards.

Requirements
Healthcare Assistants:
* QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (or equivalent)
* Previous experience an advantage, but not essential
Staff Nurses:
* Current NMBI Registration
* Nursing Degree/Diploma
* Elderly care experience desirable
