Job Description
The role of Senior Financial Accountant is a crucial position within our organization. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable as well as bank reconciliations.
* Oversee AP, AR and bank reconciliations on a daily basis;
* Prepare month-end and year-end financial reports in accordance with established accounting standards;
* Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to senior management;
* Promote strong internal controls ensuring accuracy, integrity and timeliness of all account transactions;
The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical skills, an understanding of complex accounting concepts, ability to think critically under pressure; experience working with finance systems such as SAP would also be advantageous.
