Job Overview:

eir evo is seeking an experienced Mobility Deskside Support Engineer to join their team.

* Monitoring and Management support and configuration of customers infrastructure
* Provision accounts and equipment Desktop Support for customer Supporting Windows Desktops, Outlook, Networks, Ms. Office, O365 Configuration of Microsoft Server, Exchange, Active Directory
* Maintain and build the current documentation in place Hardware troubleshooting Interacting with and managing 3rd parties Application troubleshooting and support Imaging and Deployment Manage File Permissions and Access Rights Configuration and Support of Mobile Devices
* Manage business mobile applications for deployment, including supporting application teams with mobility areas of solutions, managing Google updates and verification of accounts

Responsibilities:

* Upload and set up business mobile applications for deployment
* Support application teams with mobility areas of solutions, manage Google updates and verification of accounts
* Handle Knox EFota, including creating campaigns, approving uploads, and ensuring devices are updated
* Manage Knox Asset Intelligence management by addressing app crashes and upload downtimes
* Manage Sharefile UMT by syncing user accounts to Sharefile, creating folders, assigning users, and troubleshooting
* Resolve tickets for 3rd level Mobility Support
* Manage Netscaler configuration, including traffic policy, cert management, VIP/Netscaler management, configuration setup, and build
* Test resources for security/infrastructure updates, including out-of-hours support
* ESRI requires whitelisting once a week, and verify how often firewall tests will be required
* Manage remote management tools for field devices, set up accounts and access, be the point of contact for security/infrastructure solutions, and handle account and password setups without SSO management
* Set up and configure apple business manager, update certificates, reenrol iOS devices, and manage annual activities
* Oversee escalation for issues/access and manage overnight sync to Intune from Apple

Requirements

* Proficiency in mobile device management and desktop support
* Experience with Microsoft Server, Exchange, Active Directory, and other related technologies
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
