Job Title: Technical Service Advisor
Key Responsibilities:
* Process tasks efficiently as part of a team.
* Communicate and translate customer requests to service providers.
* Update internal systems daily.
* Minimize vehicle downtime.
* Accurately communicate and update drivers where required.
* Resolve quality issues as directed by Line Manager.
Requirements:
* Experience within a motor dealer or similar environment.
* Excellent numeracy and literacy.
* Computer literate with Microsoft Office Systems.
* Good telephone communicator.
About the Role:
As a valued member of our Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous mobility of our fleet. Your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities will be essential in liaising with drivers and clients to determine issues with vehicles. Broad vehicle knowledge is a minimum requirement to provide exceptional attention to our drivers and clients. You will manage all driver queries such as service bookings, breakdowns, and general vehicle care advice.
