Job Description
* Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
* Utilise Maximo for asset management, work orders, and reporting.
* Generate insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI for project performance tracking.
* Assist in coordinating site activities, including scheduling, procurement, and communication with stakeholders.
* Support the project team with administrative tasks, document control, and compliance tracking.
* Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility of all documentation.
* Act as a key point of contact for project documentation queries and site administrative processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in document control and site administration, ideally within water infrastructure, utilities, or construction projects.
* Proficiency in Maximo for asset and work order management.
* Strong skills in Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices related to document management.
