Senior Marketing Manager
CREGG are seeking a passionate and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to join our client's innovative team in Shannon. This is a senior opportunity for a creative, hands‑on marketer ready to take ownership of brand strategy and accelerate growth across three exciting international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Ireland, UK, and Italy.
- Develop annual marketing plans that align with business growth objectives and regional sales targets.
- Manage and monitor marketing budgets efficiently across all markets.
- Create and execute targeted B2B campaigns and B2C initiatives.
- Strengthen brand visibility and positioning in renewable energy and storage sectors.
- Manage email marketing campaigns for product updates, promotions, and lead nurturing.
- Plan and coordinate industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows across target markets; represent the company at international energy expos and develop strong brand presence.
- Manage a small marketing team and external agencies (design, PR, digital).
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support lead generation and customer retention initiatives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
- Build relationships with media partners, industry associations, and key stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within renewable energy, B2B distribution, or technology sector.
- Proven track record in managing multinational marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, email automation, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel within Europe for events and meetings.
- Creative thinker with a data‑driven approach and strong commercial awareness.
