Job Description:
Logistics and Supply Chain Specialist
You will be responsible for the coordination of logistics, purchasing, and inventory management.
Key responsibilities include:
* Processing purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of products.
* Setting up product information, including descriptions, dimensions, and weights.
* Liaising with product coordinators and designers to ensure accurate product information.
* Coordinating shipping schedules and deliveries with suppliers.
* Liaising with shipping agents and forwarders to ensure customs clearance and resolving any queries.
* Updating shipping intake schedules as necessary.
* Performing cost valuation tasks.
* Answering phone calls and completing ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:

* Experience using ERP systems.

* Excellent interpersonal skills and high levels of customer service.
* Previous experience in shipments, imports, and exports would be an advantage.
