Job Purpose
The Fleet Executive will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the fleet sales function at Hyundai Cars Ireland. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the role will focus on supporting fleet processes, handling enquiries, coordinating with dealer partners, and ensuring fleet orders and documentation are processed accurately and efficiently.
This role is suited to a motivated individual looking to further develop a career in the motor industry and gain exposure to fleet and B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
Fleet Sales & Administration Support
* Assist with handling incoming fleet enquiries from dealers and customers
* Support the preparation of fleet quotations, pricing requests, and tender documentation
* Maintain accurate records of fleet customers, pricing, and agreements
* Support the administration of fleet orders from enquiry through to delivery
Dealer & Internal Support
* Act as a support contact for Hyundai dealer partners on fleet-related queries
* Coordinate with internal teams (sales, distribution, marketing, aftersales, IT) to support fleet activity
* Assist in ensuring dealers have the correct documentation and information for fleet transactions
Process & Systems
* Update and maintain CRM and fleet reporting systems
* Ensure fleet documentation is completed accurately and on time
* Follow established fleet processes and company policies
* Support continuous improvement of fleet processes where possible
Reporting & Data Support
* Assist in the preparation of basic fleet performance reports
* Help track fleet volumes and activity
* Support data accuracy across fleet systems and reports
Customer Service
* Provide a high level of service to fleet customers and Dealer Network
* Respond to queries in a timely and professional manner
Essential
Skills & Experience
* Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail
* Clear and professional communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* Full clean driving license
* Previous administrative, sales support, or customer service experience
* Experience using CRM or sales administration systems
