Job Overview


The Customer Service Liaison Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication between the service manager and field engineers.




This position involves working in a fast-paced environment, where attention to detail and effective planning are essential.




The successful candidate will be responsible for:



* Managing and prioritizing customer service requests

* Coordinating with the maintenance department to ensure efficient reporting and data management

* Providing support to a team of engineers and apprentices on a day-to-day basis

* Liaising with stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns
