We are hiring for a Head of Financial Services to join our client, a thriving and reputable financial planning brokerage firm based in the heart of Dublin.
This is a hybrid working opportunity with great work-life balance.
Our client is Dublin City Centre based, near all transport links in and out of the city.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a cross-functional team
Monitor team targets and performance, and carry out reviews where necessary
Oversee processes and ensure operations are running smoothly
Participate in management meetings and strategy implications for the business
Recruit and train new staff where required
Qualifications
QFA and CFP Qualified
Experience leading a senior team within the financial services industry is required
Broker experience is preferred
Previous experience in a financial sales role, and across all areas of financial services is an advantage
Highly motivated with strong leadership skills and influential
