About the Role

Are you a dedicated and compassionate professional looking to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities?

We are seeking a skilled Social Care Worker to join our team, providing exceptional care and support to enable service users to live their lives to the fullest.


Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure the service users' needs are being met through effective assessment and planning.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote independence and well-being.
* Foster strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
* Engage in various activities and complete household tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
* Maintain accurate records of service user's documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.


Requirements:

* A degree in Applied Social Studies/Social Care or a relevant qualification is preferred. Alternatively, CORU registration or eligibility for registration is required.
* Experience working with adults/children with intellectual disabilities is essential.
* The ability to work independently and supervise service users/staff in a residential setting is crucial.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
* A full manual driving license is required for occasional transportation duties.
