Premier Irish Homes is seeking a compassionate and highly organised Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO) to act as the primary point of contact between our project teams, clients, and occupants of properties undergoing renovation works under the Mortgage to Rent Scheme & various other projects.
This role is critical in ensuring clear communication, smooth coordination, and respectful engagement with tenants during what can be a sensitive transition period.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of travel and teamwork, and who takes pride in being dependable & organised.

Corporate Responsibilities
General
Initial Tenant Engagement:
· Make first contact with occupants to introduce Premier Irish Homes and explain the upcoming process.
· Outline the scope of works, timelines, and expectations for both the occupant and subcontractors.
· Provide clear and empathetic communication
Pre-Works Coordination:
· Conduct property walk-throughs prior to commencement of works.
· Explain the level of renovation and remedial works required.
· Document and communicate any concerns raised by the occupant to the Project Manager and client.
Ongoing Communication & Support:
· Serve as the central liaison between the occupant, Project Manager, and client.
· Respond to tenant queries and provide updates throughout the project lifecycle.
· Ensure occupants are informed of progress and any changes to timelines or scope.
· Arrange weekly meetings with the internal teams
Logistics & Relocation Support:
· Arrange removal teams and storage solutions for occupant belongings where necessary.
· Assist in coordinating temporary accommodation (e.g., with family, hotels, or Airbnb) when required.
· Ensure all arrangements are made with sensitivity to the occupant's personal circumstances.
Documentation & Reporting:
· Maintain accurate records of communications, concerns, and resolutions.
· Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and client regarding tenant interactions and status.
Corporate Responsibilities
· Adhere to all PIH policies and procedures at all times
· To exercise discretion at all times
· To fulfil all care and high standards regarding both PIH and your own health and safety obligations
General
· Attend/Request training appropriate to your role
· To positively promote the Association in all activities
· Any other duties which are consistent with your role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €38,******-€45,****** per year
