**About the Team**Join the Professional Services Automation (PSA) product organization.
Our team is responsible for defining, advocating, and building a best-in-suite product for our target industries within Professional and Business Services.
**About the Role****Responsibilities*** Collaborate with functional & technical architects, engineering, and QA teams to transform customer requirements into functional designs and user stories.
* Act as the voice of the customer within an Agile environment, ensuring the successful delivery of features for our next-generation business applications.
* Own the functional design and roadmap for your product area, ensuring what you envision is what gets delivered.
* Develop clear presentations, mock-ups, flowcharts, and product demonstrations to facilitate effective communication with all stakeholders.
**About You****Basic Qualifications:*** 5+ years of demonstrated ability as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or other equivalent role.
* Experience in one or more of the following areas: professional services project staffing, resource demand forecasting, project portfolio management, project budgeting, or PPM.A Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent work experience.
**Other Qualifications:*** Experience in product management developing enterprise software solutions.
* Experience with UI/UX cross-functional partnership.
* Strong presentation / interpersonal skills addressing senior leaders / exec audiences.
* Experience managing teams and owning product areas* Enterprise system configuration, administration, integration or implementation experience* Decision Making A proven track record of data-driven decisions under uncertainty.
