Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure operational client onboarding is delivered safely and efficiently.
* Manage the distribution agreement and terms of business process by assisting in reducing key manual processing and control risk.
* Represent clients and distribution teams on regulatory change project forums.
The role will provide project management for various activities relating to client implementation, contracts, and distribution governance.
This includes being a key contact point for all institutional client onboarding activity across EMEA investment team products.
A successful candidate will have at least 3 years' experience working within the asset servicing industry or transfer agency space.
They will also possess a working knowledge of intermediated fund distribution chains, experience carrying out AML/KYC checks on third-party distributors, and knowledge of UCITS funds.
Prior experience with managing distribution agreements and terms of business processes would be beneficial.
In addition, candidates should be able to represent clients and distribution teams on regulatory change project forums.
