Our client, a dynamic and growing retailer, is seeking an enthusiastic Store Manager to lead their busy store in Navan, Co. Meath. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful retailer committed to providing exceptional service, a wide range of products across multiple departments, and a shopping experience like no other.
As Store Manager, you will oversee all store operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and an exceptional shopping experience for customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, driving sales, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Team Management: Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
2. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance with company policies, and maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
3. Customer Focus: Cultivate a customer-centric culture, ensuring every shopper receives an exceptional experience.
4. Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory audits, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
5. Sales & Profitability: Drive sales growth, analyse performance metrics, and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.
Skills and experience required:
6. 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume retailer.
7. Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating successful teams.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
10. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
