* Demonstrate depth and breadth of employment in a healthcare setting e.g. residential, community providing direct care to service users.
* Demonstrate knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder
* Demonstrate knowledge of theory and best practice in respect to Person Centred Planning and the National Framework for Person Centred Planning in Services for Persons with a Disability (HSE 2019)
* Demonstrate knowledge of HSE Policies and procedures to support a person with a disability.
* An ability to manage and develop self and others
* Ability to manage a case load and operate as a lone worker
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
