Salary: €63,279 - €74,509 *Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience .
Ref:79410 Avista is a dynamic disability service providing clinical supports and residential services to children with complex disability needs and their families.
We have four Children's Disability Network Teams.
These posts will be located in our Limerick service East Limerick Children's Services which caters for the HSE CHO 3 Network 5 area which includes Limerick, parts of County Clare and North Tipperary.
You will be joining a dynamic, family centred, interdisciplinary team with excellent access to supervision, training and further supports.
The successful candidates will be required to work as part of an Interdisciplinary Team that provides services to 0-18 year old children and young persons with complex needs.
The candidates will work in partnership with families within a family centred model.
Essential: A recognised degree in Physiotherapy Proof of CORU Physiotherapy qualification Proof of eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland Full clean driving license, with use of a car Have a minimum 3 years work experience working with children with disabilities and complex needs.
Must have a minimum 6 – 12 months experience working as a physiotherapist in a pediatric disability setting Desirable: Have excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and effective caseload management skills.
In addition, they must possess good planning, organisation and effective time management skills together with the ability to work on their own initiative.
Applicants must posses Level 2 behavioural competencies of Avista competency framework, which may be found underneath the Job Description.
