Commercial Lawyer - Ireland
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Lawyer to join our dedicated in-house legal team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual with proven expertise in commercial and corporate law.
* Advising on all legal aspects of multi-million Euro projects, including thermal, hydro, solar and renewable energy construction;
* Drafting and negotiating contracts for major international transactions and investments;
* Counseling clients on contractual issues arising from ESB's Customer Solutions business;
The successful candidate will possess well-developed interpersonal skills, strong analytical abilities and the capacity to provide practical advice in a commercial context.
Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Providing expert guidance on contract drafting and negotiation;
