Who are we looking for?
We've been operating in the Dublin and Galway markets for the past 5 years. Last year, we established a team in our new Dublin office, and you will be joining as a valued member of this fresh and dynamic team that's already hitting the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
* Strong focus on expanding existing relationships to win new clients.
* All aspects of the recruitment life cycle, including screening, interviewing, and managing the process.
* Collaborate with global teams; you’ll be working with teams in London, Serbia, and across Europe frequently.
* Work with clients directly to understand the various types of positions that we source.
* Manage briefing calls for existing clients as well.
* Sourcing candidates through a variety of methods
Skills and Experience
* Previous recruitment experience is ideal, minimum 1 year
* Proven billing record and the ability to win new business
* Advanced communication skills with a high ability to negotiate with clients and candidates
* Sales-driven mindset, achievement-oriented
* Self-starter, highly motivated.
* Independent person with good organizational skills
