Business Analysis Opportunity
Our Financial Services client is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will lead workshops with stakeholders, gather business requirements and analyze processes to ensure alignment with project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Gathering Requirements: Conduct workshops with key stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
2. Analyzing Processes: Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for change.
3. Change Management: Manage change management activities, including communication plans, training and ensuring a smooth transition to new systems or processes.
4. UAT Support: Facilitate and coordinate User Acceptance Testing, ensuring that testing is aligned with business requirements and expectations.
5. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of business objectives.
6. Project Support: Assist project managers in tracking progress, managing risks and resolving issues as required throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Continuous Improvement: Promote and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and the development of new business solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
* Proven experience in managing and supporting change management activities
* Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology or related field
