Resolving collection and delivery issues efficiently.General AdministrationChecking in drivers at transport reception for deliveries and collections.Preparation and storage of paperwork to the highest standard.Timely record keeping using TMS (Azyra).Other administrative duties as required.
What You Bring:Two years' experience in a similar role preferred.Proficiency in English language, both verbally and in writing.Knowledge of the relevant administrative applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Azyra).Knowledge of logistics processes and systems.Strong understanding of logistics and transport regulations.Knowledge of the transport market (carriers, shipping services, competitors).Geographical knowledge of Ireland.Knowledge of loading regulations, load factors, ADR.Knowledge of transport documents.
