VP / SVP Commercial – Aircraft Leasing
A global leader in aircraft leasing is seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Negotiator to drive commercial contract negotiations; this includes aircraft leasing and trading transactions.
About the Role
You'll be at the forefront of the commercial operations, leading strategic initiatives. You'll manage key client relationships, negotiate complex aircraft leasing transactions, and collaborate across teams to deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced, global environment.
What You'll Do
* Lead contract negotiations for aircraft lease, purchase, and sale agreements, ensuring smooth execution of all transaction documents.
* Develop and implement asset management strategies for both new and existing aircraft.
* Oversee financial modelling and portfolio evaluations in collaboration with pricing, marketing, and technical teams.
* Manage relationships with investor clients and report on portfolio performance.
* Present deal committee papers and contribute to strategic decision-making at the highest level.
Requirements
* A bachelor's degree in business, aviation management, engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience in commercial aviation, with proven experience working on and negotiating aircraft lease agreements is a must.
* Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills.
* A track record of delivering results in complex, high-value transactions.
