The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies and practices.
Responsibilities
* Recruit and onboard new hires
* Manage HR function including compliance, payroll and benefits
* Support Operations Managers in recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching and performance management
* Manage any grievance and disciplinary as required
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in HR or other management discipline
* 3+ years' experience in Human Resources
Experience & Skills
* Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
* Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
* Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
* Attention to detail and good judgement
